Job Title: LPN Field Nurse

Expected Salary: $39K
We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses in the Fort Wayne area willing to do field visits for our clients. All our clients are in the Fort Wayne area. Experience with wound care, trachs, med setups, and vents is preferred, but training is provided. Current needed hours are Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 6:30 pm and every other weekend.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of Home Health Care nursing experience
- Active LPN or RN license in Indiana
- Ability to pass a national criminal background check
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Open availability every other weekend
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Experience:
- Home Health Care: 1 year (Required)
- Nursing: 1 year (Required)
- wound care, trachs, med setups, and vents: 1 year (Preferred)
- Field Work: 1 year (Preferred)
License or Certification:
- LPN (Required)
Nursing Degree:
- Hospital-based Diploma (Required)
